Chef at Michelin-starred Aniar restaurant in Galway, Killian Crowley, has partnered with The House of Peroni to curate a six-course tasting menu inspired by the Puglia region of Italy. Showcasing the best Irish produce served in a Pugliese style, the tasting menu includes dishes such as Irish cured meats from Gubbeen, carpaccio of salted zucchini with wild bog mint, orecchiette al ragu, and stuffed whole monkfish. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus are available on request.

The dining experience is priced at €60 per head (includes booking fee and drinks). Guests can enjoy their choice of Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Peroni Gluten Free or Peroni Libera 0.0% to accompany their meal.
