Hot Sauce & Gazpacho Workshop

We welcome you to join us for a food workshop on hot sauce making. We will demonstrate two straightforward techniques, fermented and vinegar based. We will also show you how to prepare a delicious and refreshing gazpacho that is perfect for the summer. A drink and snacks inspired by the elements of the class will be served.
