Workshop Description: In this practical, hands-on workshop we will discuss what constitutes good body alignment in general and for sitting at a desk or computer specifically; we will gain body awareness through a guided relaxation session; and, we will learn some easy stretches and some self-massage techniques using a tennis ball.

- Proper body alignment and good body mechanics for prevention of injury and repetitive strai
- Techniques for maintaining proper body alignment with maximum ease
- Skills in self-massage for common tension-holding areas
- Stretches for the upper back, neck and arms to help prevent repetitive strain injuries
Presenter Bio: Rachelle has been a certified massage therapist for nearly 23 years, the past 16 of those in full-time practice. She graduated from the Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle, WA in 1992 and obtained her Washington State License before moving to Vermont. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and has received training in myofascial, neuromuscular and structural integration techniques. Over the years, she has seen more than 500 clients in private practice, spa and chiropractic office settings.
