"My name is Katherine Riggs. I am licensed to teach several group exercise formats; one of which is HOT HULA fitness®. I started HOT HULA fitness Home Study Training 2 years ago and was so impressed by what I was studying online that I decided to find the nearest Live Instructor Training and go further. Along the way I’ve met some amazing people including the creator who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
As an instructor and area manager for Idaho, I’m dedicated to creating a joyful group exercise environment where we can have fun, forget your troubles and get into shape at the same time. Whether you are just beginning or enjoy some of the more advance levels, everyone has a special place in HOT HULA fitness®. Hope to see you on the dance floor with your Smile on your lips and Smile on your Hips."

"My kids, when I was 40 years old I had a heart attack due to being overweight and had lots of medical problem, as I lay in the hospital all I thought about was my kids. They inspired me to love myself and give back and pay it forward, I became an instructor to help people in need with similar experiences and relate to them. It's really inspiring to see people making a difference and choosing lifestyle a change."
