Hosted by OBMI, the Hospitality Wellness Expert Panel promises to be an engaging opportunity to hear perspectives from respected designers and influencers on the ROI behind luxury wellness, trending wellness-focused design strategies, key partnerships and crucial elements for success wellness developments. The event will also feature an artistic installation of design concepts and wellness strategies to inspire attendees and create an engaging atmosphere to ignite the discussion.

Rika holds over 10 years of experience as a real estate executive with a proven track record in mixed-use developments across the hospitality, retail, office and restaurant sectors. In her role at Hyatt, Rika is responsible for origination and identifying new business opportunities for all Lifestyle brands; Thompson, JDV, Destination Resorts & Alila, as well as developing and maintaining client and capital partner relationships. Previously, she served as VP of Acquisitions & Development at Dream Hotel Group, Managing Director with a focus on the hospitality sector with of JF Capital Advisors, Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Vivianne Garcia-Tunon - Founder & Principal, Wonder Flower

Through her 20 years of experience in the luxury spa and fitness industry she has opened 41 spas under her portfolio and is a trusted advisor in spa design, operations, holistic therapies, training, staff development, pre-opening, recruitment, marketing, public relations, and finance. As the founder of Wonder Flower, her own projects that include Zemi Beach House in Anguilla, Four Seasons Surf Side, Tierra Santa Spa at Faena, Surya Spa, LA, and THE WELL, New York. Before starting her consultancy, Vivianne worked in multiple capacities to manage and provide pre-opening services for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, The Setai in Miami Beach, Morgans Hotel Group, The Peninsula Hotel Group, One&Only Hotel Group, Acqualina in Sunny Isles, The Joule in Dallas, Four Seasons Beverly Hils, Four Seasons Baltimore and Nizuc Spa Riviera Maya.

As an accomplished designer, Giovanni provides clients with over 20 years of experience in professional planning and architectural design for hospitality projects and wellness-focused destinations. Proving himself as a talented leader, he expertly guides design projects through his a rare blend of business acumen, creativity and project development abilities. Throughout his career, Giovanni has created elegant and enduring architectural designs for leading hospitality brands, such as St. Regis, JW Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton and Ritz Carlton, across China, South America, the United States and the Caribbean. His notable projects include the Dorado Beach Resort & Spa, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort & Spa.

Denaye Hinds - Director of Corporate Sustainability, OBMI

With extensive experience in sustainability planning at the destination and operation, levels, working with governments to produce sustainability plans for tourism, Denaye is trusted by leading hospitality brands and tourism destinations for her knowledge in holistic and sustainable building operations. Her portfolio includes Rosewood, Blue Diamond, Karisma, Island Outpost and Reilace & Chateaux, amongst others for projects across the United States, Caribbean Island Nations and Mexico. Additionally, Denaye is the Chairwoman of Caribbean Alliance for Sustainable Tourism, and sits on the Board of theCenter for Responsible Travel and USGBC South Florida.
