A workshop for small business owners and professionals in the Hospitality and Tourism Industries focused on the unique challenges and opportunities in human resources and marketing.

For small business owners it’s important to use customer relationship skills that allow you to have effective strategies to retain your customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) focuses on the interactions that small business owners have with customers after the first sale. In this session find out more about a range of effective customer service strategies, with particular emphasis on low-cost approaches to maximizing customer satisfaction. Find out about the elements that maximize customer satisfaction; identify customer service strategies that offer optimal returns; and understand the roles that social media and marketing have in CRM.
