Hospice of Northwest Ohio and Hospice University are partnering to bring you the Hospice University Marketing, Admissions & Intake Conferences exclusively for non-profit organizations at a special discounted rate!


Hospice Marketing Professionals

This three-day intensive training will help managers and liaisons transform their sales processes in order to thrive in competitive markets. Attendees will learn how to increase access of appropriate patients, build more successful relationships with referral sources and improve sales techniques. Our trainings empower marketers and managers to maximize opportunities to grow your average daily census.

 

Hospice Admissions Professionals

Be proactive and learn with your team about best practices, benchmarks and innovative growth strategies that can be implemented immediately to impact referrals. First impressions set the stage: Learn how to present services from our experts who have trained thousands of hospice professionals. This one-day training focuses on challenges and solutions when converting a referral. Our strategies will increase your conversion rates and customer satisfaction!

Hospice Intake Professionals

Intake professionals will benefit from the comprehensive tools and resources offered during this one-day training. Our nationally recognized trainers are expanding this year's content to include results from our national "Secret Shopper" research. Learn best practices of hospice intake professionals across the nation - how to take customer calls, answer questions and follow up. Topics featured during this training include overcoming objections, creating urgency, customer service and follow up.

Cancellation Policy: Registration is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone from your organization. Or, you may use your credit toward attending a future conference or toward purchase of a Hospice University annual membership.
