Hope House Detroit's 3rd Annual Fun Run

We invite you to participate in the 2022 Hope House Detroit Fun Run! This fundraiser will support Hope House Detroit's commitment to supply resources and support programming at our partner school, Carstens Academy to help enhance the educational experience of students and teachers. Our children are our future and we want to provide them with the best opportunities to succeed in the classroom and out in the neighborhood. Each donation will enable our organization in helping kids in the community excel in school and afterschool.

Race details

• Saturday, August 6th at Hope House Essex (12830 Essex Ave Detroit MI 48215)
• Activities start at 10 am. Race starts at 11am
• Race routes: 1.5 mile or 5 km options
• In person or virtual

We hope that regardless of your location, age, or running/walking experience, you will join us for the 2022 Hope House Fun Run. There will be an in-person race around Jefferson-Chalmers starting and ending at Hope House Essex on Saturday August 6th. If you are not able to participate in person, the virtual fun run will allow you to run or walk at your convenience. There are 2 options for race length, either the 1.5 mile or 5km distance. Donation beneficiaries

Students and staff at Carstens Academy and Hope House Detroit will benefit from the fundraiser to financially support efforts to help our kids grow and flourish.

Please note that Hope House Detroit reserves the right to reallocate funds raised by the program on a discretionary basis to meet child participants' immediate needs. Once this program has been fulfilled these funds may be redirected for use in the general fund.

Race registration 

The race registration fee for the 3rd Annual Hope House Detroit Fun Run is $30. There are options to donate more for a larger impact.
