Welcome to Honouring Roots, Welcoming Babies!

Come join us at the Albemarle Music Centre on the 3rd October 2025 for a heartwarming 20th year anniversary event celebrating the culture of the families we support and the youngest additions to their families. This special gathering will feature performances, presentations, and a warm community atmosphere.

We have an excellent line up of speakers chosen to celebrate and recognise the diversity of our client group over the last 20 years. Speakers will be complimented by women's personal stories and performances from local groups.

Frequently asked questions

Can children attend this event?

Absolutely! But under 16s must have a parent or guardian with them. Babies and small children are also welcome to attend but we ask that parents leave the auditorium to comfort them if they become unsettled. Please claim a ticket for all attendees that will require their own seat.

Where can I park my car?

There is a 24hr carpark located within walking distance at St Stephens shopping centre. There are 20 disabled bays and a dementia friendly parking bay (identified with a daisy logo) located near to the shopping entrance. cost for 6 to 8 hours is £8.

Is this venue wheelchair friendly?

Yes, we will be on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchair.
