Event description

Description

This group gathering is for those who identify as highly sensitive (HSP) who feel overwhelmed by the global shifts happening and who are looking for a way to synthesize, synergize, and ultimately integrate and find a path forward in the world that honors both an activist orientation and high sensitivity.

Hear from Jenara Nerenberg, a neurodiversity activist and colleague of Dr. Elaine Aron, the pioneering researcher behind HSP. Jenara is a reporter for the UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center, Susan Cain’s Quiet Revolution, Fast Company, Garrison Institute, and recently co-authored an article with Elaine Aron. Nerenberg is a graduate of the Harvard School of Public Health, at work on her first book, and founder of The Neurodiversity Project, a consulting and advocacy service for workplaces, schools, individuals, and families. Jenara also trained at Sound Planetarium in Kathmandu and incorporates Tibetan singing bowls and *sound healing into her work to help with sensory overwhelm.

Come join hands with your tribe, share in deep conversation, learn about forward-thinking ways of framing your sensitive, activist identity and ultimately how you can be a source of healing for yourself and your community. Time for direct Q&A with the author, small circle sharing, and more.

*Sign up for sound healing sessions before or after the event. You can select this option in the ticket options when checking out.
