Getting to be an explorer in the great outdoors is one of the biggest joys of childhood. From the time a child first steps outside until he/she is an adult and enters into the workforce, there is so much that nature can teach and so much that it can offer. NatureReach's "How-To Naturalist" program offers hands-on science activities as well as practical, everyday skills over a course of 30 sessions. If you sign up your child(ren) for all the classes in a session, there is a 10% discount. A special recognition badge is earned when a student completes at least 8 classes in each of the 3 sessions - Fall/Winter/Spring. Classes can also be signed up individually. The location list of trail heads will be sent after registration. There is an alternate indoor facility for inclement weather.
