Learning some of these lost skills is not only fun, but can improve our health, our brainpower, and the planet! Homeschoolers will make their own embroidered handkerchief to save a tree, calculate calories burned by moving a zig-zag fence, help conquer food waste by learning the science of food preservation.
Colonial costumes are encouraged. Special fire-building workshop for children over 7 yrs. Beginning promptly at 10 am, this program is a great way to integrate history, environmental science, and physical fitness.
