This virtual orientation will go over Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola's Homeownership Program, including the features of our new, energy-efficient homes, the requirements to qualify, how to complete an application, and what to expect on your homeownership journey.
**Attending a Homeownership Program Orientation is required before you can apply for the program.**

Requirements include:
- Be able to afford a Monthly Mortgage. Our future homeowners need a middle credit score of 630. They also need to have a total household income that falls within our income guidelines according to the number of people in the family. This ensures that your mortgage stays affordable for you.
