Home$mart is Habitat for Humanity of Washington, DC’s one-day post-purchase education program with certified counselors designed to give DC homeowners the tools they need to succeed and thrive.

Life After Settlement, the Home$mart course focuses on what to do after you’ve closed on your home and prepares you to be a successful homeowner.

Topics covered include home sustainability, foreclosure, financial management, credit, home maintenance, repairs and going green.

Only participants who complete the full day course will receive a certificate of completion
