Description

You're invited to Homecoming at the Mount Holyoke College Cultural Centers! Join us for an annual "Welcome Home" / Meet & Greet event—for students, faculty/staff, retired faculty/staff, and regional alumnae in accordance to their self-identification to the various cultural centers.



PURPOSE:

  • Create a sense of community by providing an opportunity for individual communities to gather around their shared identities

  • Provide participants the opportunity to create their own organic definition of “what it means to be US” through socialization.

  • This event will be an introduction to the various identity-based reunions the Alumnae Association and Advancement will sponsor through with alumnae around the world.

ACTIVITIES:

  • A world map and push pins in each house in which participants can mark the location of the world in which they are from. Push pins and name tags will be color-coded based on students, faculty/ staff, and alumnae.

  • Photo booth

  • Refreshments
