Share Homebuyer's Workshop

Offered by your ACS Relocation Readiness Program, our Homebuyer's Workshop is taught by the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR). Participants get an opportunity to learn about the home buying process and ask any questions they may have. Topic's range from choosing the right real estate agent for you and or your family to obtaining the right mortgage to understanding VA loans. The workshop is held at the ACS Community Connection, Bldg. 1524 on the Southside of the Mountain Post Soldier Center. If you questions or are unable to attend but would like to be contacted by the PPAR for assistance, call 719-526-0457. 

Complimentary limited childcare is available for this workshop. Child must be enrolled with the Fort Carson Child and Youth Services (CYS) Program. Childcare reservations must be made in advance by clicking on this website and selecting “Request Childcare”.

Confirmed childcare which is no longer required must be canceled by calling 719-526-8747.
