About this event
**Only ONE registration required PER HOUSEHOLD.**
Successful homeownership is at the heart of thriving, vibrant communities. Families rely on long‐term homeownership as a key asset for building wealth, and communities of successful homeowners are safer, healthier and more civically engaged than majority‐renter communities. That’s why CAPLP - Lakes & Prairies Community Action has partnered with the Minnesota Homeownership Center to provide Homebuyer Education classes to make successful homeownership possible for everyone in our community. Training is unbiased and provided by certified staff. $25 registration fee includes a personal copy of the Home Stretch Workshop Manual and refreshments for all in-person classes.
**Attendance at ALL sessions is required for ALL classes. You MUST attend classes for all days scheduled (2 days).**
Dates are:
June 11th & 12th - 12:30 pm-5:00 pm (VIRTUAL CLASS)
July 12th & 13th – 1:00 pm-5:30 pm
September 13 & 15 - 4:30 pm-9:00 pm
October 11th & 13th – 1:00 pm-5:30 pm
November 15th & 17th – 1:00 pm-5:30 pm
December 6th & 8th -1:00 pm-5:30 pm
