Homebrewers Ball 2017

Join us for an exciting and innovative evening of globally-inspired food and beers. We've partnered with local restaurants specializing in world cuisines to breathe new life into to the classic pairings of food and beer.

Lancaster-based homebrewers have donated beers to be served alongside delicious world-class food courses. 100% of proceeds will be donated to CWS Lancaster, a charitable organization working to assist refugees and immigrants.

Your ticket entitles you to a casual upscale evening of live music, excellent food inspired by cultures from around the globe, a dessert lounge and much more.

TOUR STOPS:

USA - Mini Taphouse Burgers by Federal Taphouse paired with California Common, Spruce Porter and an Oceania-hopped IPA

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC - Homemade Empanadas alongside Export Stout, Bohemian Pils and a French Saison.

UNITED KINGDOM - Ploughman's Lunch provided by Quips Pub served with Scottish Export Ale, English Lager and an English Brown Ale

GERMANY - Bite-sized Soft Pretzels with Beer Mustard, Sausage and Sauerkraut from Stoudts accompanied by traditional Oktoberfest, Helles and Kolsch.

MEDITERRANEAN - Falafel by Urban Olive coupled with Belgian Tripel, Saison and a Mojito-inspired Cream Ale.

AFRICA - North African Keftas by Rafiki's served with Ginger Beer, Oatmeal Stout and a traditional unhopped African Sorghum brew.

VIETNAM - Chicken and Shrimp Spring Rolls from Rice & Noodles served with tart Yuzu Weissebier, Belgian Golden and a Lemongrass Ginger Ale.

PLUS: DESSERT LOUNGE - Cookies and Cupcakes from local bakeries paired with four dessert beers: Chocolate Coconut Porter and Raspberry, Pumpkin Spice and Oreo Stouts.
