Description

One key to health is eliminating toxins from our body. The problem is, toxic chemicals found in commercial household and personal care products people use everyday threaten us and our loved ones with cancer, birth defects, and other serious diseases. More people are focusing on eating a healthier diet, which is crucial, but many who have an otherwise healthy lifestyle (clean diet, regular exercise, managing stress, etc.) often ignore a major area that can vex our health. The good news is that there are simple approaches we can all implement to free ourselves and our families from these toxic traps.

Join Jefferry Tufenkian for a webinar covering the basics of essential oils, common commercial and consumer products and their hazards, suggested guidelines for safer home care products and what we can do to protect our health.

Jeffery Tufenkian is a longtime advocate for health and the environment and has been doing professional advocacy on environmental, consumer protection, and public health and safety since the mid 80s. He's run grassroots campaigns to support legislation to curb toxics, reduce air pollution, and water pollution and worked as a consumer protection advocate informing the public, garnering media coverage, and advocating for policies to increase safety of toys, vehicles, and household products. He's been passionate about a healthy lifestyle and holistic health for many years and co-produced a series of fun, educational food and music festivals to help advance environment, health and animal issues and organizations. As a concerned consumer and father of a now 6-year- old daughter, he's strived to use non-toxic cleaning, personal care, apparel, bedding, pest control, and other products and services in his home.
