April 14th, 2021 - Home Buying Part 1: Budgeting , Credit, and Home Loan Process from 6-7:30pm.Learn about how your credit can affect you when it comes to home buying. Should you have credit or how much credit should you have? How much can you afford monthly for a home and bills? How can budgeting help you as you plan on homeownership. Finally, learn about the overall process on getting pre-qualified and pre-approved for a home loan. Hear about programs to help you with little to no down payments.

April 28th, 2021- Home Buying Part 2: The Home Buying Process from 6-7:30pm. Learn about the overall process to purchase your home. Get need to know information about the market and strategies as you search for home. What do you do when you find the home you want? Steps by step on the process from selecting your home, contract and acceptance, and escrow process. Learn about the importance of inspections, differences between home insurance and home warranty and why you may need both, and escrow and title and how they are involved.
