About City Impact Lab’s “Neighborhood Impact Walks”
Neighborhood Impact Walks highlight the way impact is made at street level. Hosted by a neighborhood expert, each walk lasts approximately 1.5 hours and covers about 1-2 miles. The focus of the walk is not the general history of the neighborhood, but focuses on changes in the neighborhood (good or bad) and HOW they came to be: who was involved, what did it take, how long, how much, and why did it happen.
