Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is not suitable for children. Whilst there are no strict ID requirements we ask that it is for over-18's only please.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The best mode of transport is by car, there is plenty of parking.

Driving: From the M25 orbital motorway join the M2/A2. Follow the M2/A2 and take the exit signposted Folkestone/Crematorium onto the A260 (this is approximately seven miles from the Canterbury exit). Travel along this road taking sign posts for Folkestone for approximately one mile, passing a service station and the Crematorium. Broome Park is located on the right hand side of this road.

Train: The closest train station is Aylesham but does not have a taxi service so you would have to book one in advance. The next best station is Canterbury East or Canterbury West where there are taxi ranks available outside. The venue is approx 10 miles away from Canterbury.

Bus: From Canterbury bus station you can catch the 'Stagecoach Gold' to Hythe and get off at Shelvin Lane. From there it is an approx 4 min walk

(travel information from Google maps and correct as of 17 March 2017)

Is there disabled access?

There is a flight of stairs that goes up to the Holisti Centre and unfortunately the venue has no lift avaiable.

What should I bring into the event?

You do not need to bring anything special to the event although some comfortable clothes and, if you prefer not to be barefoot, a pair of slippers as the Holisti Centre has a 'no shoes' policy.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

You can contact Linda on linda.bishopp@hotmail.co.uk

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non refundable after 30 June 2017. If you cancel before that date there is an admin fee of £15 so we encourage you to find a replacement if possible.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you cannot make it and someone else takes your ticket please let Linda know straight away; linda.bishopp@hotmail.co.uk

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes so long as you have informed Linda before-hand (see above question)
