Adopting better habits in many areas means doing a lot of things differently. And doing a lot of things differently requires a lot of motivation.

In this workshop, I’ll share how to stay motivated, so you can stick with a holistic lifestyle.

  • Cancel-out laziness.
  • Neutralize negativity.
  • Shield yourself from sabotage.
  • Bounce back from a backslide.
  • Stay passionate about all areas.

We’ll meet via Zoom so that everyone can attend from the comfort of their own home. The zoom link will be sent with your ticket.
