Holistic Healing in Times of Uncertainty: Community Teach-In

More than halfway through 2025, we are witnessing attack after attack on marginalized communities. Increasing ICE raids on undocumented families in Los Angeles, anti-transgender policies enacted across this country, and imperialist wars of aggression in Palestine are top of mind each day. With growing feelings of anxiety, worry, and stress about what is happening, what is our role in people’s movements for genuine liberation against systems of oppression like racism, cisgenderism, and imperialism? What calls to action can we answer and how can we sustain ourselves for the long-term? Remember: No one is disposable and none of us is free until we are all free.

In a brave space intended for activists, community organizers, and ALL levels of experience who are looking for a sense of connection, empowerment coach, Arianna Dela Rosa; and therapist, Eddy M. Gana, are co-facilitating a community teach-in about radical care, our role(s) and sustainability, resource building, and community empowerment for social change. Activities include mindfulness exercises, journaling prompts, and an open Q&A discussion to share stories and mutual aid.

Suggested donation of $20 are welcome and no one is turned away for lack of funds.
