With the weather getting colder and early evidence of the flu season all around us, many are ready to talk about health. With germs thriving and the stress of the holidays fast approaching, many need to talk about health. Lucky for us, that's just what Dr. John Fudens does - talks about health.
Dr. Fudens will start with a brief introduction to holistic health including explaining the difference between conventional and holistic medicine, what symptoms mean and how you can become more powerful in taking control of your health and illnesses, and how to use homeopathy and other holistic methods. This will be followed by an open question and answer period during which attendees are encouraged to ask questions, any questions, related to holistic health! We will keep the session going and Dr. Fudens will keep answering questions until there aren't any left - even if that means going beyond our 4pm end time.
Dr. Fudens encourages attendees to come prepared with questions, bring a pen & paper for taking notes, and even allows recording of his presentations to go back to later if you're interested.
