The class will be led by Jeff DiMeo, Specialty Director for Earth Fare. With over 19 years of experience in specialty foods, Jeff has sourced and imported cheese from all over the world and collaborated with many of the country’s finest cheese makers in recipe and product development. Jeff has even worked with dairy farmers to improve their pasture management and animal welfare. DiMeo was one of the first Americans to be inducted into the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers, a proud and rare accomplishment.
