Bring the whole family to this interactive cooking class, where you will learn how to sweeten up your holiday game. On Hestan Cue, you can pair culinary craftsmanship with technological precision so you never run the risk of overcooking or underwhelming. Learn how to make peanut brittle, lemon curd, and a stunning (yet simple) chocolate ganache tart perfect for stress-free entertaining over the holidays

Chef Philip Tessier will walk you through each recipe, and share stories from his new book, Chasing Bocuse, which chronicles Team USA's journey to winning the gold at the world-renowned Bocuse d’Or culinary competition. Finish off the evening with a hands-on cook your own dessert with Chef Tessier and his team.
