Description

Join us as we make cocktails + canapés in the kitchen at Pippin Hill Farm. This class comes just in time to learn holiday recipes that are sure to impress your guests at your upcoming parties! Master some of Pippin Hill’s favorite small bites and develop a signature holiday cocktail. Following the hands-on cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a family-style dinner hosted by Chef Ian Rynecki.


About the Cooking Class Experience

The cooking class is approximately 1-hour of hands-on cooking with focused instruction followed by a seated family-style dinner with Chef Ian Rynecki. Each attendee receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of select red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with the event manager who will give you your 2 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home. Aprons are available for sale should you wish to take one home. Wine club members receive 15% off all Cooking Classes and to-go wine bottle sales.
