Our 34th annual Holiday Home Tour is scheduled for Sunday, November 6. This wonderful community tradition is our largest fundraiser of the year and brings people together to raise money for the great cause we support, the Airport Marina Counseling Service.
This year’s tour will feature five distinctive houses in Westchester and Playa del Rey, each decorated for a particular holiday. The homes this year include a new two-story Playa del Rey beach home, decorated for Christmas at the coast; a two-story Playa del Rey view home filled with art and antiques, also decorated for Christmas; a renovated Westchester bungalow decorated for Halloween; a mid-century modern one-story Westchester home decorated for Thanksgiving; and a two-story Westchester farmhouse, recently renovated by a designer for her own use and decorated for New Year’s.
After the tour, guests will enjoy refreshments at a festive reception, and will have the chance to do some holiday shopping at our special one-day holiday marketplace, something new that will feature a variety of vendors selling everything from jewelry to chocolate to dishtowels and Christmas trees.
All proceeds will support the Airport Marina Counseling Service, which provides thousands of hours of child, adult and family mental health counseling services annually to people in our community, with a small paid staff. The clinic has established outreach programs to local elementary and high schools, providing child therapy and preventive intervention. AMCS also trains mental health therapists.
There are several ways to purchase tickets for the Holiday Home Tour. Tour goers can buy them with cash or check
from any WMHG Board Member, or
on Tuesdays and Saturdays in October from 1 to 4 pm at the Team Crockett office, 8816 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Ste. 105 (next to Bed, Bath & Beyond); or
on Wednesdays 10/5 and 10/19 and Sundays 10/16 and 10/30 at the Westchester Farmers' Market, or
on-line here with a small service fee (click on the green "tickets" button).
Tickets also will be available on November 6, the day of the Tour, for $35 at the Westchester Elks Club, 8025 W. Manchester Ave., Playa del Rey, CA 90293.
Children under 12 will not need tickets if they are accompanied by an adult.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
No. Children under 12 do not need a ticket, however, when they are accompanied by an adult.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
This is a self-driving tour. There should be street parking near each of the houses. There is a parking lot behind the Elks Club where the reception and holiday marketplace are located, 8025 Manchester Ave.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please do not wear high heels to the houses and no photography is permitted.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you may transfer your tickets to whomever you please.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
If you are buying your ticket through Eventbrite, you do not have to print anything out. Your name will be at the door of the reception, 8025 Manchester Ave., and you will get a printed ticket at that time.
