Holiday Gift Bazaar - Vendor Opportunities Available - EVENT CANCELLED
Seeking local artisans, crafters, vendors and home-based businesses offering custom and hand-crafted products or holiday and seasonal services including hand-crafted gifts and home accessories, custom costume and fashion jewelry, personal care and theme gift baskets, fashion accessories, vintage clothing and outerwear, unique one-of-a kind gifts and more.
Registration Deadline Approaching - Final Call for Vendors - Space fee reduction and Final Call - Space Fee Reduced to $60.00. One Lucky Vendor will receive a 50% discount on your registration fee. Discount will be given at the end of the event after our vendor only raffle.
The event is being held indoors in the Lincoln Conference Room. A warm, elegant and comfortable environment. We will select 15-20 vendors for this event.
Terms and conditions: Each space is – 6X6 w/table and white table cloth. Space Fee $60.00. Registration deadline is November 6, 2016 on EventBrite.com. Select TICKETS in upper right hand corner of the EventBrite Notice.
Final vendor selections will be made by November 10, 2016. In order to maximize your sales potential, we will only select a maximum of 3 vendors per business/product type i.e. jewelry, candles, apparel etc. The table fee must be paid with your registration and will be approved on a first come basis. Table fees will be refunded only if you are not selected. If you are selected, no refunds will be given. If you are selected, you will receive a confirmation receipt and specific details regarding your space to include setup and closeout times no later than November 15, 2016.
Extras - Raffles, Games and giveaways, Make and take crafts for the entire family. Light refreshments. Vendors are asked to provide an item for the raffle. Raffles will be held each hour. There will be product highlights and demos throughout the bazaar with on-site photographer, and local media(pending), so be prepared to highlight your business in a big way. As a vendor you will be asked to help to market this event through your Facebook, Twitter and social media accounts. We look forward to a fun-filled, business-expansion and networking event.
