Auburn Fit Body Boot Camp is a group based personal training program that uses the same equipment that athletes use to get into amazing shape. You’ll be using suspension straps, battling ropes, dumbbells and even your body weight.
The workouts are fun, high energy and only take 30 minutes from beginning to end!
Best of all our workouts are VERY flexible and work for folks who are new to fitness and for those who are experienced. That’s the beauty of FBBC workouts… they’re all modifiable to your fitness level.

Auburn Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that provides motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in a minimum amunt of time.
Personalization is the key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.

Each and every workout here at Fit Body Boot Camp combines elements of High Intensity Interval Training, Exercise Stacking, as well as active rest periods for the best possible workouts and twice the fat burning effect of any other exercise program in just 30 minutes and up to 28 hours after!
We truly have a vested interest in the success of our clients. It is important that each individual is on pace to meeting his or her goals.
