Holiday Decadence: A Plant-Based Chocolate and Wine Pairing Class

Greetings Chocolate & Wine Lovers,
Join us this holiday season for a decadent afternoon of plant-based artisan chocolate making and fine French Bordeaux at the beautiful Birdsong Orchards in Watsonville, CA.
In this creative chocolate-making class, you’ll craft your own gourmet chocolates with Valrhona France Guanaja 70% dark chocolate and a curated selection of organic ingredients like culinary lavender, fruit pastilles, candied orange, dried mango and papaya, freeze-dried raspberry, pistachio and fleur de sel.
The final touch is packaging your delicious chocolates with an assortment of beautiful, festive gift wrap.
This year's class features a special pairing: a lovely French red wine, the 2023 Beaumes-de-Venise Rouge Domaine de Durban, selected for its ability to beautifully complement your delectable chocolate creations. The class runs for 4 hours and is limited to 10 students to ensure the most spectacular experience for all. Since seats are limited, early registration is highly encouraged.
Class fee is $150.00 (nonrefundable). Plus, all registered students in this class will receive a one-time 10% discount offer on all items available (including the wine featured in class) at Toque Blanche kitchen store in downtown Santa Cruz. Discount code will be provided in class.
I will provide a name badge, an apron, a lovely lavender-infused French roast coffee, gourmet herbal tea and a savory Provencal tapenade with olive bread for you to enjoy.
