Join us on Thursday, December 15 at Republic • Seven Corners for a Five Course Tasting Event showcasing a delicious variety of smoked and cured meats, perfectly paired with hand-crafted, homebrewed beer.
The evening starts at 6:00 with a social hour and cash bar. The Pairing event starts at 7:00 pm with a presentation from Brewmasters Jeff and Kyle about tasting and pairing notes. Then you’ll end the night with a how-to presentation from JD Fratzke, the chef of the Strip Club, who will show you just how easy it is to host your own Charcuterie Party and Pairings at home.
