Join Kate Payne, author of The Hip Girl's Guide to Homemaking for a free holiday preservation class. Kate will lead an in-store class at the Le Creuset outlet in Round Rock where she will show attendees how to safely seal jars of traditional holiday spreads and preserves using a waterbath canner pot. The class will likely feature tangerine marmalade, cranberry relish or a seasonal chutney and include tips and tricks for making jams and other sweet preserves.
