In Sweets Baking class we will make some tasty favorites that cover different aspects of baking. First up are yeast risen sweet, Gooey Cinnamon Rolls, which can be prepared in advance to be baked just in time for a hot delicious breakfast or brunch. The next item on the menu are classic Vanilla Muffins, like the ones you can find in southern hotels, make for a great addition to any meal or just as a midday snack. Finally we will make soft Ginger Cookies, a munchie good anytime of the day or night. Bring a storage container to take home the goodies we make in the class.
