Maple Leaf Square (MLS) is the building adjoining the Air Canada Centre (York and Bremner) and shares the same parking lot as ACC.
Once you enter the parking lot you can park in level 1 or 2 (paid parking) and proceed to the elevator (the one closer to the parking entrance and NOT the Longos elevator). When you press the buzzer let the concierge know that you are attending the Obesity meeting and they will let you in. Take the elevator to the 9th floor and the concierge will guide you to the South Tower party room.
Cab/Uber, subway, GO, walking, come in through the 65 Bremner Blvd. entrance and press the buzzer to enter the building. Go up to the 9th. floor and the concierge will direct you to the South Tower party room.
