About this event
Hola Mundo Beach Camp and the City of Pompano Beach’s Public Art Committee welcome you to celebrate the installation of the temporary public artwork entitled Trash the Wave right along the Pompano Beach boardwalk!
This recycled art mural is made entirely of collected and cleaned trash found along the beach is aimed to encourage public awareness of the waste along our beaches which damage our marine life. Created by over 50 campers, each piece was carefully placed to beautify our beach and add a splash of color for beachgoers.
Come celebrate the Summer Camps beautiful work at the dedication of the artwork on Thursday, January 26th at 3:30 pm! Located at the restroom pavilion just south of the Fisher Family Pier at 100 Pompano Square.
