IMPACT INVESTING - socially responsible investing / makig positive impact to society / investing with a great cause?

So what is Impact Investing?

HK+Acumen, in collaboration with Giiseng, is hosting the FIRST IMPACT INVESTING FORUM OF ITS KIND for young professionals. The aim of the forum is to shed light on the development, opportunities and challenges of the field of impact investing, specifically in the region, and inspire young professional to get involved. We are also inviting impact investment organizations and social enterprises to set up shops at the back of the conference to meet with participants as a way to connect participants with volunteer/career opportunities, and learn more about the work social entrepreneurs are doing.

Why join this conference?

This will be very different from the traditional conferences that you may have attended before. Through real case studies and sharing from the speakers practicing in the field, surely it will bust the myth of what impact investing is.

HOHOLIFE was founded in 2013 targeting to serve the local silver age sector.  Our vision is to invent a new lifestyle for silver age, uplift their living standard and change the conservative mind towards ageing.  In particular, we wish to address that ageing is not an illness and elderly should never be labeled as a burden to the society. Therefore, we have been selecting a variety of daily living aids for elderly from all around the world, bringing in exclusive brands and products that are specially designed for silver age that could supplement the degrading body functions or energy level due to ageing.  We hope that elderly can stay socially active and enjoy their retirement by using all these innovative living aids.
