What if I purchase a ticket for one day and can't make it?
Hixon House Holidays will occur on December 3,4 and 10,11 of 2016. If you purchase a ticket for the 3rd but something comes up and you can't make it untl the 11th - you do NOT need to purchase another ticket. Just bring your proof of purchase with you and we will take care of it at the event. Refunds will not be issued for pre purchased tickets, so please be sure you can use your event ticket on one of our event days.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Sure! We understand that things happen and you may not be able to make the event. Eventbrite will let you change attendee information up until the event or you can call our office. Be sure to send your confirmation email to the person using your tickets for the event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do NOT need to bring a printed ticket- as long as you can show a version of your confirmation email at the event.
What is the refund policy?
Prepurchase of event tickets is non refunable. We appreciate your understanding that tickets purchased help fund events and activities through La Crosse County Historical Society, a 501(c)3 organization. You may pass your event tickets onto someone else if you are unable to attend the event.
Why is there a ticketing fee?
Each transaction has a fee. Credit card processing for a non profit detracts from the overall amount given to the organization. If you would like to avoid paying a ticketing fee, you may mail a check or visit the LCHS office for ticket payment.
