Legal Council for Health Justice and TPAN bring together an expert panel to discuss the topic of the criminalization of HIV. HIV Criminalization: Beyond Shame & Stigma will include panelist Dr. Trevor Hoppe of SUNY-Albany, whose recently-published book, Punishing Disease, addresses this topic.
