Description

History and Philosophy of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan
4-Part Series | Jan 27th, Feb 3rd, Feb 10th, Feb 17th | 3pm-5pm

Are you interested in learning about the history and philosophy of Kundalini Yoga? Yogi Bhajan gave us the technology to experience the awakening, moving, and cultivating the Kundalini energy of awareness – this class will explore the foundational roots of that technology as it developed in India.

In this 4-part lecture series, we will sit back, dip our toes into the river of history, and get a glimpse of the bigger picture. Where did this amazing technology come from? Who were the people who developed it? What is the relationship of Kundalini yoga to Sikh Dharma? Each class will focus on the history and philosophy of one or two main practices and will include a short 11-minute meditation related to the weekly themes.

Your guide for this journey is Pavan Dev Kaur (Jeannette Darcy). The cost for the class series is $95.
