PHIL JENKINS speaks to us about "50 Years of Ottawa: What I've Seen & Learnt". Phil Jenkins never fails to enlighten... and entertain. SInce 1978, after emigrating from Liverpool and returning to Ottawa where he grew up in the 1950s, Phil Jenkins has worked as a newspaper columnist (including delighting readers with over 800 columns in the Ottawa Citizen), travel writer, performing songwriter, author of national non-fiction bestsellers (including An Acre of Time & River Song: Sailng the History of the St. Lawrence) and lecturer (including 10 years at Carleton University). Join us for a wonderful evening of stories (and maybe even a bit of song!).
