Learn the ins and outs of one of the nation’s most generous rehabilitation incentive programs for individual home owners with Architectural Preservationist Alyssa Lozupone (State Historic Preservation Office, Department of Economic and Community Development). Free and open to the public.

Alyssa Lozupone

Alyssa Lozupone is an Architectural Preservationist at the Connecticut State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). Her primary responsibilities include managing the Historic Homes Rehabilitation Tax Credit and Historic Restoration Fund grant program. Prior to arriving at SHPO in January of this year, Alyssa worked as the Preservation Policy Research Specialist for The Preservation Society of Newport County in Rhode Island. She has an M.S. in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Cultural and Historic Preservation from Salve Regina University.
