Discover hidden treasures in an impressive collection of gracious homes and blooming gardens that take you from one end of this beautiful peninsula to the other. Arborists will enjoy an assortment of trees over 150 years old, which mirror the tradition and elegance common to each home. History buffs, architects and designers will be fascinated by the stories revealed in original woodwork, antiques and artifacts. Flower lovers will be thrilled with the stunning arrangements and elaborate landscapes. Naturalists will appreciate the serenity and native beauty of this undeveloped area of the Commonwealth. Ticket price includes admission to the following 5 locations:
  • Bayholme-Cape Charles, Virginia
  • Vaucluse-Machipongo, Virginia
  • Eyre Hall-Cheriton, Virginia
  • Cedar Grove-Mappsville, Virginia
  • Beverly-Pocomoke, Maryland
Advance Ticket Sales: Through April 27. Full advance tickets $35, cash or check only, at the following locations: Shore Bank branch locations in Cape Charles, Exmore, Onley, Parksley, Chincoteague, Virginia and in Pocomoke and Salisbury, Maryland; the Book Bin in Onley; Ker Place in Onancock and Rayfield’s Pharmacy in Nassawadox and Cape Charles.
Luncheon and Special Event Information: Reservations for box lunches can be made at (757) 442-5263 during business hours on weekdays through April 27. Cost is $12 per person. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Hungars Episcopal Church in Machipongo.
