You’ll hear hiring hacks from a panel with a range of perspectives, including:
Katie leads the talent team at DFJ, a global venture fund. She works with the founders and executives at DFJ's portfolio companies on recruiting and retaining talent in a fiercely competitive market. Her toolkit includes well-respected recruiters, HR leaders, and innovative technologies. Prior to joining DFJ she helped build Betts Recruiting, an SF-based contingency recruiting firm specializing in building inside sales and marketing teams for start-ups. In the 3 years she was there, they grew from two to 35 employees and over $4M in revenue.
Jeff is Founder and CEO of Wheelz, a peer-to-peer car sharing platform that was recently acquired by Rideshare. Jeff grew the team at Wheelz to over 30 people, working closely with contract recruiters throughout this time. Previously he worked at Better Place, and earnt his MBA (Stanford) and MPA (Harvard).
Dino leads sales recruiting at Box, after 2 years with Yammer. In both roles he has managed rapid growth in early sales teams, along with global divisions across 3 continents. He was actively involved in developing the internal recruiting practices needed to drive such rapid growth.
Christine Eckhaus - Founder/CEO, Greenstreak Consulting.
Christine is consultant who specializes in developing progessive HR and talent management strategies for rapidly growing companies. She works with the leadership of high-growth startups in making key executive hires; and setting up tools and processes for ongoing hiring, equipping them to be self-sufficient in future growth.
