Hiring Event: Production Team Members

Weather Shield—now a part of the Pella Family of Brands—is hosting a hiring event for Production Team Members at three locations on three separate dates:

• Medford—November 20
  One Weather Shield Plaza, Medford, WI 54451

Times:

10 am – 1 pm

2 pm – 5 pm

Event Details:

About the Role:

• Starting at $18/hr
• 1st and 2nd shift available
• Overtime available
• No mandatory weekends

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components to build window units
• Collect material, take precision measurements, and select or modify components if necessary
• Align and assemble material, checking output to ensure the highest quality

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an assembler preferred
• High school diploma; preference given to those with degree from a technical school
• Able to read, understand, and follow directions and diagrams
• Able to lift and maneuver 50lbs+
• Capable of using various hand and power tools
