• Lifeguard or Swim Instructor Swim Test: If you are interested in Lifeguard or Swim Instructor opportunities.
• Child Care Staff Interview: If you are interested in working Summer Camp or in the gym child care centers.
• Clean Team Staff: If you are interested in maintaining and cleaning gym facilities.

Interview Details

In your interview, you will be asked a set of 10 questions. The questions will help us learn how your talents align with the position and our mission. Additionally, this is a great opportunity to learn more about how the Y is an employer of choice.

Candidates applying for a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor position will be asked to start their interview in the pool for a swim assessment.
