Hiring Best Practices

While everyone recognizes the importance of finding outstanding employees, most organizations have poor practices in place for acquiring great people. Topics include identifying what you need, how smart managers find great talent, interviewing best practices, filling vacancies, and making the offer.

About the entire Leadership Series

(September 2018 - August 2019)

Each 1.5-hour session is designed for 6 to 20 participants. Sessions will be highly interactive and will typically feature instructor-led content for discussion, book and article excerpts, small-group breakout discussions, case studies, role playing, etc. All classes are on the 3rd Thursday of the month, and start at 7:30 am.
