Laura previously led the recruitment team of a government contractor airline where they hired nearly 500 people a year with a small team and no recruitment software. Laura graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a bachelor's of science in English literature and a minor in Chinese-Mandarin. She served as a Public Affairs officer before leaving the Air Force to earn an International MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Laura has worked for nearly fifteen years dealing directly with people, whether in public relations, foreign relations, education or human resources.
