If your muscles are tight from lifting, running, kettle-ball swings, or burpees then this is the class for you. It's designed to loosen tight hips and leg muscles, improve your range of motion and circulation, alleviate back pain + more while igniting a sense of inner strength and power with a variety of repetive hip-opening yoga poses. It's perfect for athletes who are looking for a routine they can do to lessen stiffness and risk of injury due to training. Get ready to dive deep into opening and strengthening the often tight hips and hamstrings.

Please arrive on time. Class will begin promptly at 3PM. Yoga mats provided, but if you have your own please bring it to ensure that those who don't own a mat are accomodated (:

Bringing a water bottle is suggested. There's a water fountain to refill your bottle in the gym.
